Great range of products, good prices and helpful, knowledgable staff.

Most products in this store are very acceptable. Staff is friendly often very helpful and competent but sometimes a little too trained on sales skills ... you end up buying more and pricier than you intended.
Stock levels are published online with factual user reviews posted by real customers -online shop looks like-
You can order and pay online to pick up 2hrs later. This is convenient.
On the bad side, parking is too small on busy days.
Closed on most Sundays. Please open Sunday, DYI people like me work during the week ...

Terrible service! Only reason to go there is the prices which are reasonable, but if you have a problem or need to return something you are screwed!
