As an American with terrible French language skills in this region of France this hotel does go out of the way to make English speakers feel welcome (e.g. all signage and info is bilingual).

Highly recommended.

Très bon hôtel pour ce tarif. Enfin un établissement qui ne se laisse pas mourir avec le temps et qui s'adapte avec goût. Tout est parfait pour un 3 étoiles, certes il n y a pas de clim mais c'est tellement rare de trouver un tel hôtel à ce prix que je laisse volontiers les 5 étoiles. Accueil exemplaire, parking, restaurants à proximité. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés (sauf lors de grandes chaleurs peut être?)

Hôtel au calme, accueil très bien, petit déjeuner très correct avec produits de la région, le matin vous êtes accueillis par un beau d une jeune fille très agréable, le prix reste correct, propreté bien, produits biopour la douche, literie très bien .

This being a recent upgrade to a 3 star hotel, I can't knock it too hard. This is a good hotel for the price, especially if you plan on heading to Geneva from there. Hotels in Geneva are exorbitantly expensive so this could be a good option (La Roche sur Foron is also a nice little town to explore). The rooms seem spacious enough and the service, though undermanned, is pretty decent and staff is amiable. We did notice a small spot of mold in a corner of the room though so that didn't bode very well. It's obvious that the current owners are trying to make this hotel better and better.

Un parking à proximité, un ascenseur qui passe du classique, un bon petit déjeuner avec produits locaux, des personnes très sympathiques qui nous accueille, une chambre très propre le lit fait à notre retour. Le prix reste très bien pour cette époque ! (Réservation dernière minute 14/15 et 15/16 août) le ventilateur qui se met en mode silencieux est un plus très appréciable !! Bref un très bon séjour.

Kind staff and best restaurant next door. The beautiful tiwn and le parc is close to walk to.
