La wifi ne passe pas correctement est et payante. Maison correct avec cuisine aménagée en électro, mais malheureusement de bas de gamme.

The location is excellent for exploring the wider area of Provence with beautiful hill villages and the sea all so close. The apartment was located within a very safe and secure environment and was spotlessly clean with everything that you could need for a self catering holiday. The staff at reception were very helpful. There were two lovely pools to cool down beside and a playground for children. It was excellent value for money and I would recommend it

Tried contacting by phone on numerous occasions and never got past
a Frenchman who speaks no English ,how do they expect to run a business when someone wants information and no one can give it ??

We have just returned after staying at Les Bastides de Fayence in Tourrettes. It was terrible. Firstly we arrived a little earlier than expected and they would not store our luggage and we were forced to wait with three small children for 5 hours! with all our luggage in 35+ degrees heat, no understanding no compromise. Then when we did check in and ask about the free WIFI (as detailed on our booking) we were told they charged a tariff for WIFI despite us pointing out the free WIFI stipulated. There are two pools, one which was inundated with wasps, so we went to the next one and that pool had slippery mould on the pool surrounding and a dirty pool of water to walk through on arrival (to clean feet ?? before getting into the pool).
The apartment had no jug or toaster. It had a strange selection of kitchen utensils and no detergent, cleaners or dishwashing tablets (you can buy a cleaning kit at reception for 15 euros which is too expensive). The shower was broken and overall the facilities were of a poor quality.
Even other owners within the complex said that the complex was poorly managed by people just looking to make money on everything (a family at reception was charged 5euros a night for the use of a cot!)
Most of all, the service at reception were rude and arrogant.
We would never book Les Bastides de Fayence and tell all our friends to look further for accommodation. Worst accommodation we have ever had!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!
