Accueil très chaleureux de la part de la propriétaire. Lieu calme, grand parc. Adapté aux enfants, aux personnes en situation de handicap, bref à toute la famille. Très bien situé, 8 min à pieds du château et du centre ville de Josselin.

‘Les Logis de Sainte Croix’ is located on the southern side of the River Oust in Josselin. The hotel is a series of old and new farmhouse buildings, each building self-contained having kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom.
If you are traveling down through France from any of the channel seaports, this hotel is an absolute ‘must stay’ to break the journey.
There is much to see in Josselin along with some very good restaurants. The river setting and Castle form a splendid vista from the South Bank.
The owners of ‘Les Logis de Sainte Croix’ - Rosemary and her husband, are the best French hosts that I have experienced when traveling through France. Rosemary is an exemplary hostess who attends to your every need. She has good English and will give you every assistance to make your stay memorable.
Note: this is not your usual hotel. It does not have porters nor the usual high-tech facilities, but it does have Wi-Fi and self-catering if you wish. What it does possess is a unique charm rarely found in France or anywhere else for that matter.
The hotel is set in its own grounds and within an expansive courtyard making your stay private. At night it is ‘dead’ quiet. In fact, I would say that the peace is silent. There is safe car parking, either within the hotel grounds or at the front entrance.
Our accommodation was a small farmhouse set of rooms which used to form part of an ancient monastery - the tranquillity reigns supreme to this day.
An excellent hotel, great value for money and highly recommended. I cannot wait until my next journey through France to stay at ‘Les Logis de Sainte Croix’.
