Lieu exceptionnel mais malheureusement sans direction ou pas présente lors de notre séjour en août.
Impossible d'être pleinement satisfait alors que l'endroit est tout simplement magique!
Équipe très sympathique dans l'ensemble mais pas au point pour se prétendre dans un endroit 5 étoiles. Des étiquettes quasiment sur tout dans la chambre! Pour vous dire de ne pas partir avec.
Ambiance cinema malheureusement pas terrible à cause d'un choix étrange (film documentaire de 2013 sur le kidnapping d'un enfant?), l'idée pourtant d'un "classique" en plein air était super.
Le restaurant dîner et dejeuner très bien et petit déjeuner parfait.
Pour le reste, dommage mais ce sera je l'espère pour un autre séjour.

A beautiful hotel without a doubt. The hotel itself cannot be faulted, the view is to die for and the pools and facilities are faultless. The bed - has to be the comfiest bed I have slept in. The service does not however match the 5 star status. The day pool/bar staff were really helpful and willing but the resturant staff do not help to match the price of the menu. We had to ask several times for items missing from our table, e.g. salt, oil, bread - our drinks! and also go in search of someone when we would love to have been seated. Its not for lack of staff, there are many around but they take away from the atmosphere by being badly organised. The food was lovely but it is a limited menu if you are having more than 2 nights there. Great hotel I would return for the view alone but would begrudge paying the price if the service continued at this pace.

Was so excited to stay here after seeing photos and reading reviews. And then it was a total disaster. Too bad because the location is beautiful; perhaps they will sort the facility issues- no electricity, fire alarms, broken showers- but if they don't figure out service they will never live up to the opportunity the location affords. We spent over $1000 for a two night stay and it was the most frustrating hotel experience I've ever had and I travel extensively global/domestic for both work and pleasure. Throughout the stay neither the hotel staff nor Starwood exhibited any empathy for the endless issues.

List of issues we encountered during our two night stay:
- no room was available for our stay even though we had made reservation via phone with Starwood, had email confirmation and credit card had been charged
- Les Roches staff said there was nothing they could do as reservation team does not work Sundays
- waited in lobby staring at magnificent ocean for four hours while hotel and Starwood pointed fingers about the issue
- finally received a room that was not ocean view deluxe as we had paid for but garden view but we finally had a room, but only for one night, no where yet to stay night two
- shower in room didn't work, and they couldn't fix it as no maintenance staff on site in evenings
- fire alarm went off at 2:15 am, all guests evacuated hotel and waited for 30 mins for alarm to be turned off but no hotel staff was on site to let us know what was going on or if the issue was resolved-- seems like a safety issue
- next day hustled out of our room with no resolution on where to stay the evening. Left with no room entire day hoping for a cancelation that finally happened early evening, amen, so we lucked into a room versus hotel doing anything and again not correct room type, classic versus a deluxe, that they did credit the difference but was way too small for two friends
- fire alarm #2 goes off during massages, we are evacuated into street in spa robes
- electricity in hotel goes out, no back up generator, candles and oil lanterns are distributed, elevators are disabled
- fire alarm #3 goes off while trying to get ready for dinner in the dark
- restaurant is unable to prepare hot food due to electricity, only four cold options

Stunning view!
Cosy rooms, comfy bed, local products and every day a new activity (Pétanque, live music, yoga). Lovely and very friendly staff.
Quiet and breathtaking location, perfect if you're in need of some down time with your family or your partner.
Shame there's no gym...would have deserved a 5 star rating otherwise!
