Achats de 2 l'ensemble literie au top. Bons conseils et bon accueil.

Je ai eu un problème de pouvoir parler avec eux à résoudre un problème sur un ordre. Ils gardent en évitant de parler avec moi. Ils disent qu'ils doivent avoir quelqu'un retourner mon appel, mais les appels ne sont pas retournés comme promis. Je ne recommanderais PAS actuellement eux et éviter à tout prix. Après avoir ordonné si les problèmes arrivent ils sont grossière dans le traitement de la clientèle et je ne les évaluer en tant que professionnel. Ils montrent aucun effort pour servir l'intérêt des clients. Ils vous dévaloriser en tant que client après votre commande si il ya un problème. Ne pas acheter chez eux. Je commandai un matelas et il n'a pas encore arrivés à leur magasin. Quand je l'appelle, ils me dire à la personne pour parler avec est indisponible et ils auront eux me demandent dans la même journée. Pourtant, après plusieurs jours consécutifs de communiquer avec eux pour trouver une solution, ils ont jamais retourner l'appel pour résoudre le problème avec moi. Restez loin d'eux.)

I have had a issue being able to talk with them in resolving an issue on an order. They keep avoiding talking with me. They say they must have someone return my call, but calls are NOT returned as promised. I currently would NOT recommend them and AVOID them at all cost. After ordering if issues arrives they are crass in customer treatment and I would not rate them as professional. They show NO effort to serve the customers interest. They DEVALUE you as a customer after you have placed your order. Do NOT purchase from them. I ordered a mattress and it had not yet arrived at their store. When I call they tell me the person to talk with is unavailable and they will have them call me in the same day. Yet, after consecutive days of contacting them to find a resolution they have never return the call to address the problem with me. They will do nothing to resolve the issue and they will keep your deposit. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE!!!!!!! STAY AWAY from them!!!! It has been my worst shopping experience!!!
