就是對藝術、歷史或文化沒有太大興趣者，在炎炎夏日逛街累了，進來嘆嘆冷氣也是一樂也！

參觀了Terrasson位於古城區的文物館(La Maison du Patrimoine)，只在下午開放，免費給公眾參觀。

The permanent historical exhibition on the ground floor has a large roman mosaic at its center. The first floor has space for changing exhibitions by local artists or historical and heritage themes. For example, the first half of 2016 saw an exhibition on French artist Benjamin Rabier: 'The man who made animals (and people) laugh”. July till September 2016 an exhibition titled “The Occitan: What is it?”.

頂層恒常地展出屋頂桿頭裝飾(Épis de faîtage)，優雅的古城屋頂典型飾物。

進去時沒有帶太大expectation，但卻不乏驚喜！首先是底層恆常展覽的一幅珍貴羅馬馬賽克地板，保存完好，美麗精緻。讚！

The top floor is dedicated to a permanent exhibition of the towns 'Epis de faitage' (roof finials). The exhibits are reproductions that allow the visitor to come up close with these ornaments that grace the roof endings of old town buildings (the originals ornaments remain on the roofs). A walk over the ramparts, after visiting the exhibition, makes you discover and appreciate the number and diversity on offer.

一樓的短期展覽廳，在我參觀時正展出法國藝術家Benjamin Rabier (father of the laughing cow)之作。The Laughing Cow芝士可是吃過了，卻現在才知道品牌的logo設計師大有來頭，而他的其他作品原來充滿幽默、警世和哲學性；也為當時的法國思想浪潮帶來影響！

The heritage house is housed in a former convent. and helps to preserve and present Terrasson's (and the wider black Perigord's) cultural heritage.
