The wine choice is good as are the prices. I took a deal which paid for my Eurotunnel fares going out one day and coming back the next. The attitude of staff is not so good though, they forget that the customer is their reason for being there in the first place. Rating is based on staff helpfulness. The word service in service industry is there for a purpose.

When visiting the store early last month, Richard was incredibly helpful with identifying changes to our order, ensuing all the savings were applied in the most beneficial way, and assisted with loading all the cases Into to the car. All this Just before clsoing time.

Visited here to collect some wine for a friends wedding, the staff were very helpful and made choosing a replacement wine easy!

We met a scotish chap here that made our first experience a pleasant and easy one. He was helpful, knowledgable and really kind. Much better then the experience we endured with calais wine. It's safe to say that from now on we will order and buy from Majestic wine in Calais and not Calais wine - the staff their are rude.
