Does not have a.c., and they expect you to clean your own bathroom. Service was great otherwise.

It's a lovely place. The rooms are tiny, but warm, clean and nicely decorated. The staff is friendly, polite and speaks English pretty well. It's very quiet (except for trash trucks at 7 am) and peaceful. The breakfast is wonderful, full continental choice! There's a lot of restaurants and bars in the area, some shops too. Metro stations are a short walk from here, and bus stops are just around the corner.

The rooms were ok but the bathrooms were very tiny. Its in an ok location.

It's clean, very close to metro station, has lots of stores around anywhere from middle eastern food to French breakfast dinner, pubs etc. Very close to all touristic areas within 1hour of walk. Quite at night. Only thing is it probably needs some renovation and maybe add fans inside the rooms. Warmer days can get pretty warm inside the rooms. And oh... No matter how much I tell you it's small, the size will actually shock you. Remember you're here to sleep only. The room is very small fits one queen size bed one person washroom and a small TV that's it. No fridge etc...

Great place very polite and accommodating good breakfasts.
Good cafe at the end of the street and about a 10 min walk for Moulin rouge.
Sheets always changes every day, and towels always replaced.
Honestly can't fault the place.

Really small room and bathroom but clean, could improve breakfast whit vegetables and bey using fresh made scrambled eggs.

Service is OK. Unfortunately have a room by the elevator, and the walls are not soundproof - can easily hear the next rooms TV and clearly hear what the other people are saying.

Highly recommended.
