A fuir !!! Jamais je n'ai vu un service aussi lamentable. Mondial relai prétend l'avoir posé au point relai, mais ce n'est pas vrai, preuve à l'appui. Les appels sur leur plateforme ne servent à rien à part vous faire tourner en bourrique : 41 appels en 9 jours et aucun avancement, ça coupe, attente interminable (31 minutes puis coupé!). Ils ne sont ni capable ne vous passer un responsable, ni capable de vous donner le numéro de tel de l'agence locale, ni même l'adresse. UNE HONTE !!! A FUIR !!! Ça ne vaut même pas une étoile.

J'attend un colis expédié le 22 decembre
Il m'annonce aujourd'hui (le 29 decembre) qu'ils peuvent le livré à partir du 06 janvier
