A total rip-off - you are paying at least twice what you should, they charge you for every possible thing at the end of your stay - even if it was already stained when you got there - and they are NOT nice - WATCH OUT!!!!

beau service, belles personnes, beaux appartements !

Rapide, efficace, sérieuse, et de qualité tout ce qu'on demande à une agence de logement.
En moins d'1 semaine j'ai pu composer mon dossier et confirmer ma location dans un appartement que j'ai choisi moi même.
Je ne vois pas ce qui pourrait améliorer mon expérience utilisateur car elle était excellente !

Fast, efficient, serious, and quality everything you ask a housing agency.
In less than 1 week I was able to compose my file and confirm my rental in an apartment that I chose myself.
I do not see what could improve my user experience because it was excellent!

I'm a Senior Director for a Fortune 500/ Blue Chip company and stayed in a flat paid by my company for 3 months - but even though that was paid by my company I feel I have to write to WARN people! This company is completely unprofessional - unfriendly - and does not care one bit about client service. First of all - the rates are unbelievable - you could almost stay in a good hotel for the same amount and have much better service! The worst was they wanted to charge us for every single thing that was the tiniest bit stained when we left - even though it was stained - (and in the protocol) - when we got there. When I asked them for any kind of proof that the stains were not washable (we're talking coffee on a pillowcase here) - they wouldn't provide it - and refused to give us the "stained" items either. I have advised my company never to use them again - and I advise everyone not to use this firm!!
