The Store
The store was well-stocked, which showcased all the selections available. The new flavours were given it's due recognition and placed in a perfect balance, so as not to confuse consumers. However the store branding was placed out of view, the best way someone could find the place, either if the person noticed this pin on Google Maps, was passing by or saw the information on the board.
The Staff
Love my interactions with the staff, she arrived to assist me at the perfect time (when I felt useless, as I thought I knew everything before entering the store). Brought 6 packs, some based on my preferences, some based on the staff recommendation and some based on a feel good factor.
Although the staff could have suggested a taste trial, which might have compelled me to buy more.
Highly recommended, Glad to experience the consistent professional customer service, matched to none.

Très belle boutique où les vendeurs sont hyper gentils. Ils m'ont offert un café long délicieux !

Trop peu de personnel pour un aéroport. On a peu de temps il y a toujours du monde. Le peu d'employés est vite débordé. Aujourd'hui j'ai dû renoncer à acheter car 2 employés sur une même caisse à s'occuper du cas d'une cliente. J'avais peu de temps devant moi! Dommage!
