Five star service! The staff was extremely helpful and kind. Lyon city card with free entrance to many museums and unlimited use of public transportation is so efficient and freeing. Hope they have a place like this in part-dieu station as well.

Went online and read a lot of different websites talking about how not to miss the Traboules of Lyon and you can get a map at the tourist office. Went and asked about the Traboules and was given a map of the Traboules and courtyards. After walking 10 minutes to the first, the door is locked and you can't get in. Went to the second, same issue. Decided to go to one of the courtyards. Same issue. Asked a worker at the store next to it and he said you have to have a code to each, otherwise you can't get in. Seems like something that the tourist office should tell you before waisting all that time.

Nicole at the tourist office was extremely helpful assisting in organising a full fun 3 days in Lyon. The lyoncitycard has been great and made movement and entry into museums so easy and efficient. Love Lyon!

Probably really good if you speak/read French. Most of the brochures are only in French. The employees speak English though.

Very helpful staff. Love the Lyon City pass! Also very well-equipped for EuroCup. Well worth a stop when visiting Lyon!
