Surprisingly good service for European standards. A bit long queue, but nothing too much. I would recommend.

Very helpful staff with many languages supported! I bought the museum pass here. It's also nice because it's right by the metro.

The staff is very friendly. The place is clean and probably one of the nicest visitor centers I have ever been to. I would recommend coming first here for great information to the sites.

I asked what they would recommend between 3 sites and was told it's not their job to plan our day. I then asked if the catacombs are particularly busy over the weekend or if it's better to go there during the week and the answer was "we don't check the attraction lines"
How much time would you recommend I should book for the eiffel tower? "however much you want, we can't make recommendations"

The staff is very polite and they speak Spanish and English as well. I felt very comfortable with the service.

These folks are very helpful and patient and have lots of brochures. They are centrally located as well in downtown Paris, not far from the Louvre.

A lot of brochures and a free map, but the workers aren't very helpful.

They are very friendly and helpful here. My boyfriend particularly liked that their name badges show the flags of the languages they speak. I only had to wait about 1 minute till O could see someone. Don't forget to take a number as the guy in front of me found out ;)

So no recommendations and no info about line length, might as well Google what I want to see.

For being the public face of the country/city this is the worst place I saw in Paris. The gentleman who works there will rip you off if you are not aware of prices and services. They don't care about tourists, they only care of selling their crap. Buy your stuff online.

First friendly Parisians in the hospitality industry found! Maybe my expectations has been drastically lowered but how i wish the rest of the city is like this. Also there's this lady who can speak gobsmacking 9 languages. Wow. And yes she's friendly and incredibly helpful.
