The landlord of the apartment was prompt with his
Email response and also with the our requests for check in - check out and other details of things we
Needed during our stay.
The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable like posted. The area is very convenient with cafes
And restaurants all around. The metro and bus are
In easy access.
The elevator is small 2 ppl fit, but it gets the job done. I recommend this place perfect for a couple.

Rented a place from paris attitude in 2016 and even though the rental agreement was respected and the move out report was not showing any damages or issues to be fixed they never supported when the owner stole all the 3 months deposit!!!
their statement was "he has done this before, but he has a lot of properties and therefore is a good client to us so we cannot help you"...
they basically stole our money knowingly as M. Socrates Vasilliades owner of the apartment 20 avenue de Breteuil is using this practice to many people!!!
thanks for nothing Paris attitude, hope you enjoy make a business by stealing people hard work earned money...

Shockingly bad. One of the worst experiences of my life an agency to avoid at all costs, a filthy apartment with bed bugs which led to my child becoming ill. Absolutely no assistance, no quality control, no sense of responsibility.

Terrible experience. They're supposed to look out for exchange students studying in Paris but the landlords they work with are completely unethical and charge tenants for ridiculous costs. Avoid at all costs.

I must say i had a very good experience renting my apartment with paris attitude. Sarah Hadida was very professional helpful and friendly. I have used this agency and recommended it to my friends which were equally satisfied. Highly recommended!

Impossible to reach them on the phone despite a dozen messages. They sent 1st email in reply, not one person ever called back over the course of one month. Above market prices like Book A Flat, but even worse "service" than cheaper agencies. We're talking about 5000€/mo apartments - the ONLY agency in Paris who could absolutely not be bothered (most won't call back but at least answer from time to time)

We had a great experience with Paris Attitude - very quick response to our initial inquiry and all subsequent communications. Instructions were very clear, a connection was quickly made between us and the landlord, and the property was just as presented on the website. I would absolutely recommend Paris Attitudes to anyone looking for furnished apartment rentals in Paris.

We are really happy with the professional way in which Paris Attitude helped us settling down at a very short notice. They accommodated all our requirements and within a weeks time we had received the contract to sign. Terrible experience with Fouad at parisattitude. Rarely returned my emails and offered no help or support in visiting the apartments I was interested in. Only cared about getting the big upfront deposit. You are much better off going direct or using a different agency.
