The city of love may be a little mainstream to plan a proposal but the indefinable air or Paris communicates romance. Anywhere in Paris is romantic and meaningful so whatever place you choose for conducting the proposal it will mean a lot

Had a driver decline our carry on bags for no reason. We thought that maybe the bus was full so he wanted the bags underneath, which was not the case. When we tried boarding the bus with our carry on bags (small backpack) he quickly locked the door and said no bag. We confronted him, showed our tickets that says carry on bags are allowed, he started telling and going off his but then yelling, "my bus, my bus". He watched as we pulled all our valuables out and stood there with a smirk.

We have used OUIBUS before and had no problems. We think that the driver was racist and bias against my girlfriend and I as he was French, so we're all the other passengers on board the bus who were allowed on with there bags while we were the only foreigners and from New Zealand.

Very upset at the whole situation, and at the OUIBUS support team who tried to convince us it was our fault and backed the driver and had no solution and were not looking into the situation at all.

Bad service. Bad driver. Be careful as a traveler and expect that OUIBUS will not deal with any problems and have a attitude of not caring.

As of this moment we are still waiting for the bus when it was supposed to leave 30' ago. The staff don't give out any explanation nor make an announcement but only answer when asked. At least some of them are helpful. I know this service is awful but I never imagined it could be this bad. This is my first and definitely my last trip with this company.

For this price ,service is perfect.good buses, almost always in time.

Easy to find. Toilets are 70cent and theres no cash machine. There is a cafe and supermarket 5 min walk away. Walk to the end of the long carpark where the coaches board. Go through the gate or under the car barrier and turn right. You will pass by a firestation. Walk a further 50yards and you will see cafe it was open at 8am on a sunday. Supermarket is on the otherside of the road, easy to spot. Bon voyage!

Is the worst company I've encounter. They took one hour more, it was uncomfortable, you couldn't charge your phone, wifi didn't work, the bathroom was disgusting and they ripped off 20 euros at the moment of boarding. Worst thing ever. Don't even think about taking a chance with this awful company
