Absolutely outstanding customer service! I've been here multiple times and every one has been an enjoyable experience.
I've received discounts and freebies for no other reason than because they felt generous (even the first time I went there). It's extremely rare to find such a high standard of customer service anywhere, but especially in paris. I'd give six out of five stars if possible.

Huge amount of sheet music! Only downside is that the prices isn't clearly marked, you have to ask about almost every item.

Pour une enseigne réputée, j’ai été fortement déçu par la qualité de l’accueil du rayon guitare électrique. La vendeuse me dit à peine bonjour et quand je lui demande des « câbles patches » pour mon pedalboard, elle me regarde avec les yeux grands ouverts et me dit sèchement tout est là en m’indiquant le présentoir à côté de la vitrine des pédales d’effets sur lequel il n’y avait que des jacks de plus d’un mètre. Donc rien à voir avec ce que je recherchai.
C’est donc la première et aussi la dernière fois que je rentre dans cette boutique.

I was really disappointed with my experience here after reading all the great reviews. The first time I visited, I went to the guitar section and waited about 20 Minutes, but no one seemed available to help, so I left. They seemed more interested in talking to each other, so I left to come back another time. The second time I waited at least 10-15 minutes again for anyone to even acknowledge me. Then when I went over to ask for help I was told I had to wait for another guy and when he finally came, he seemed like I was the last person he wanted to deal with. I have wanted to buy a ukulele for so long and wanted do discuss my options, instead he was just like, this one is a good one for a beginner just buy this one. The only time he seemed remotely happy was when I was paying and leaving. This experience was made even more frustrating when I saw one of his colleagues with another customer, being super helpful and kind going through lots of different guitars. I don't know what the reason was this guy was so disinterested, but I left the store disappointed and feeling like maybe they are only interested when you are going to spend a lot of money. Not sure I'll be back again.
