This pharmacy has the worst customer service I have ever encountered since being in France ( 12 years). There was a miscommunication and I just asked to have the prescription that I prepaid for. They could not do this as a couple months had passed. The product was not a product that expires in 2 months so I assumed they could give me the product. They could not, so I asked to be reimbursed and they would not do this nor exchange for another product. This prescription was over 50 euro. I was to call back and talk to another pharmasicist, I did this and she was very abrupt and then became extremely aggressive, she told me too bad for me and would not be reimbursed... I had to hang up!

Cette pharmacie vends le Tanekan plus remboursé par la Sécurité Sociale a 50 % plus cher que les autres pharmacies , 25€85 pour 17.16 ailleurs .
Vous avez ainsi la double peine , non seulment pas remboursé mais beaucpup plus cher qu ailleurs .
Bien sur ne pas aller dans cette pharmacie
