Food is very good, but service is rushed. Focused on tourists.

BEST PLACE TO GET INSULTED IN FONTY (aka Hells Kitchen)

I'm student at INSEAD so I come to Fontainebleau for regular longer stays and realise there is a reason why I never came to this place before. People are giving this place fair reviews for some weird reason (the pizzas are underwhelming but not bad per se) but this manager/waiter/whatever is a total disgrace to his own place, his colleagues and the wider dining scene in Fonty.

After visiting the Palace of Fontainebleau found this wonderful pizzeria for lunch. Good prices and great service. I asked Diavola pizza, I recommend for those who like pepper. My wife ordered the Quatre Saisons, great too. Must and recommended.

The service was good, but it felt a little bit like an American diner in decor. Very plain.

Last Saturday nite, wandering with my wife and two hungry kids in downtown Fonty, all restos full (no bookings) and its nearing nine in the evening...me and my wife start to realise that 'beggars cant be choosers'.

Great pizza, very friendly personnel. Sometimes you'll have to wait a while for your pizza because there's too many people being served at the same time.

Good food. Slow service

Try Primo Baccio or any other place in Fonty for that matter.

We approach the place and what great (BAD) luck, they have a place available for us on the terrace. The manager / waiter (?) starts off in nice manner but we already sense that he's stressed and clearly not on top of things, reflecting the wider staff looking lost/disorganised. Clearly the whole situation (busy night) seemed to overwhelm him.

As we wait for nearly an hour... luckily a nice female waitress realises that we had two small kids that were starving so we got some grisinis. When my (French) wife asked very politely for the umptenth time when the food was coming, the guy started to argue with my wife, at one point openly mocking us in front of other clients. He even dares to say loudly that he respect clients while the second after he starts insulting my wife in front of the kids. Hadnt the children been in the middle of their meal, we would have just stood up and left but instead, we had to sit through an excruciating meal.

Google Review forces me to give a rating but this place do not deserve one.

Very friendly and happy staff, good pizza's and affordable price. Busy place so reservations might be needed.
