Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

A washbasin was destroyed during my stay. The cause for the destroyed washbasin was a hidden water damage, that caused the border of the washbasin to expand and the pressure than was too much for the (glass) washbasin, so that it bursts into hundreds of pieces.

Sud Plein Immobiliere accuses me that I destroyed the basin. But I was not even at home when the washbasin broke down. The hidden water damage was not my fault - it was a bad installation of the washbasin where water was running constantly and over a very long time between washbasin and border. After the washbasin was broken down the water damage became obvious.
I am facing legal proceedings to get back the rent deposit. This is very sad.
