temps d'appels : 8 minutes avec 15 seconds de communication avec un interlocuteur et le reste c'est de l'attente. La personne ne m'a pas laissé le temps de formuler ma demande, qu'elle m'a déjà congédié. Très compliquer les démarches administratives, surtout quand aucune info n'est donné.

I would like to put 0 stars!! never been treated so rudely at the reception like today. the ebony girl (i don't know the others) was the most arrogant ignorant rude and unpolite person I never met. people hiring accueil personal should teach them that their salary is paid by the people going there and ask information, so be polite and give information MUST be their job. I showed her the paper that i need to submit and she was just looking at the monitor without saying and doing nothing, after a while a gave her some suggestion and she replied totally upset. she sent me to the internet point where of course INTERNET WAS NOT WORKING, GREAT JOB, is for this trash that we pay taxis? merci! anyhow the guy, after 30 min of line (internet point takes time if internet doesn't work!) was able to give me in 30 seconds the information that i needed to have from the reception. if the girl at the reception was not so ignorant and rude i could fix everything in few seconds. i hope you will put nice and competent people at some point

Amazing customer service. They got me the permit needed to add more cargo on my private hot air balloon from Subaru. The cargo contained packaged chilli dogs with oyster sauce and powdered mayonnaise.

Service téléphonique des carte-grises ouvert de 14h à 16h. 2 maigres heures pendant lesquelles on peut vainement taper "2;1;0;2;1;0;..." sans interruption sans entendre autre chose que "Tous nos opérateurs sont actuellement en ligne; veuillez renouveler votre appel ultérieurement".
Dans ce cas il serait malheureusement plus correct de supprimer le standard téléphonique (comme l'on déjà fait d'autre préfectures).
Tous cela pour obtenir une information...

j’aimerai savoir combien il me reste de poins dans mon permis de conduire. dure de les avoir au tel c’est horrible mémé pas qui décroche il bosse ou il boivent le café toute la journée c’est comme sa que on arrive pas a faire no papier administratif ou en retard allo quoi .

Voilà 3 ans que j'ai passé mon permis et toujours rien. J'y vais tout les 4 mois pour le récupérer et toujours rien ... C'est abusé.
1 étoile c'est gentil.
Accueil téléphonique n'en parlons pas . il est inexistant pendant toute la semaine .
Quelle honte .
