The hotel is all fine, decent apartments and rooms with some downsides (like roof hip to bash your head on) . The service is very very good, very friendly and helpful. Please make note that i have put 4 stars for room quality but service is 5 star. Location is great, 10min walk from Toulouse old town and closer to the tgv station but make sure you know this is on the edge of the red light district, so street is run down with seedy bars and various grades of strip club all on the doorstep as well as the jsa office but the hotel itself is fully secure with automated pedestrian and car gates.

Great hotel with very friendly helpful staff, nice breakfast and rooms were cleaned daily to excellent standard. Shame about the dodgy location but overall would thoroughly recommend

Buenas camas, cocina completa, gimnasio, sauna, piscina climatizada con jacuzzi... Céntrico pero..... Sorpresa!!! Jjjjj

A female cab driver tells me this is to be expected near any train station in France.
