Very Bad experience with this Hotel. They have charged me twice for the same rooms. Complaining to the hotel does not help. Unfriendly people, I have to send various documents as evidence, but it does not help. Dramatically !! I'm just scammed. furthermore the hotel is located in an unsafe neighborhood. Use Street View to see it.

Good rooms and great breakfast. The overall experience is quite good. Unfortunately the neighborhood is not so safe, some thief broke the window of my car looking for something precious.

Modern building in an area which is mostly under construction, 5 to 10 minutes from the metro station "Place Jean Jaurès" (line B). Room for two persons is very comfortable, has a television, shower, a small kitchen with a fridge and dishes. Wi-fi works perfectly fine, there is a seperate wi-fi box for each room. Breakfeast is excellent, they serve baguettes, croissants, variants of regional cheeses, salmon, different yoghurts, cornflakes, coffee, tea, juices, cacao, fruits and more. The staff is very friendly, they speak fluent English and recommended various things to do and visit in Lyon.

Good hotel, good service, unfortunately air conditioning is controlled by the hotel. Is about 80 F today and hotel receptionist can't turn it on....Sad hotel for Americans to stay. A shame
