Great Hotel in Cannes. Enjoyed everything. Only issue I had was that some friends didn't get the right things back from cleaning at the hotel. They did get the right things back afterwards, but still a bit unfortunate.

Not impressed...
Not a great experience with this hotel. Rude checking process/ not polite! And despite arrangements to pay in full after our stay they unknowingly charged 50% prior to arrival (contradictory to our email). Paid £350 per night and you still have to pay extra for breakfast and the pool! (The pool is in a separate building and not free extra 25euro). Just poor service I would say compared to the Novotel we are staying in Monaco!

Rude and impolite reception, bad service. We were hosting an event there with 100 people and really upset with the behavior of this "5 star" hotel! Not recommended at all.

Check in v friendly & staff helpful but overall this is an average hotel (except for bar on roof which has great views & is good for a pre dinner drink). Rooms are v small & have a strange sliding bathroom door which doesn't fully close. Our room was north facing so dark & there was a v strong odour from the drains outside one evening which took hours to clear.

Nice location (a little outside the main hustle and bustle of central Cannes) and restaurant for breakfast is a great shout. Would recommend.

Nice room on the 4th floor(5th floor for us Scandinavians) with a partial view og both Le Suqet and the port of Cannes. Housekeeping probably check every room 3-5 times each day. Brekfast was not included in our stay
