Klein, nicht sauber, Skibox extrem klein. Kein Platz für 4 Skis und 4 Schuhen. Direkt in Ortszentrum.

Reception is only open for a few hours a day.

Résidence délabrée, c'est inacceptable et degueulasse, il n'y a pas d'autres mots.
La chambre nous a été laissée avec des casseroles sales et des pattes moisies a l'intérieur, de la poussière PARTOUT et une moquette complètement moisie. C'est honteux. De plus, les photos sur le web ne reflètent pas du tout la réalité. Et pour couronner le tout, les employés sont désagréables et malpolis.

The resort has a good offer in terms of location and prices. It is located near the ski lifts cluster, which is just behind the hillock. So why isn't it the "five-star" kind of resort? First of all, the wifi is only in the hall, so there is no in-room wifi access, and secondly, I could smell alcohol in lift and corridors, and people having parties were very loud (the walls weren't soundproofed).

A very crass letter was contained within the welcome pack stating that the accommodation must be cleaned in a certain way.... including defrosting the freezer! But if you wanted to pay €50 you could use their cleaning service, but this would not include the "cleaning and arrangement of the dishes" "cleaning of refrigerator" "to empty the garbage cans" nor "TO FOLD AND STORE BLANKETS" - which would lead you to wonder what exactly do they do for the €50???

Awful spot - avoid at all costs. We had our check in (already late at 5pm, but according to the staff, French check in time is always 5pm - which is simply not the case) delayed by 90 mins ( to 6.30pm) the whole reception area was packed with people and equipment (?a fire hazard), the management's response was to blame the previous guests for being so dirty, then the cleaners for not working fast enough. This despite the check out time was 10 am = 7 hours of cleaning. When we got to the room we found dirty pans, dirty linen, no kettle in the room (and when we asked for one we were informed by staff that all French people only ever use a pan, never a kettle!!! - more mistrusts). Noise all night from the other guests, music all night, dirt and rubbish regularly in the hallways.

TLDR: Crass, loud and dirty place to stay with deceitful and unprofessional staff. Literally one of the worst places I have ever had the misfortune for staying in.

Very close to ski slope, cheap quality accommodation. Only bed sheets provided, no duvet cover.

The wifi is only in reception and terribly slow!

Det er så dårligt at man skulle tro det var løgn. Sengetæpper beskidte og iturevne, "lejligheden" beskidt, defekt toilet, ultra sparsomt service!!, kummerligt sovekammer (det kan ikke blive mindre) og træskamler til at slappe af i. Og så videre.
Købt gennem Northlander som 3 stjernet overnatning. Føj.
