I have never encountered such a rude manager of a restaurant who was so uninterested in serving customers.

Nice place, good restaurant inside, and a funky burger bar upstairs with free wi-fi which is rare in resort. There's also a ski hire shop and mini market in the building which is super convenient. The rooms are ok, everything you need but nothing fancy, some definitely better than others though.

Perfect location right on the piste - fantastic views from balcony. Apartment building a little tired but apartments OK.

Real antipathy at the reception, not helping at all; dirty/stinky appartement at the arrival and Nothing done about it;
To be fair, a positive thing is the good location right on the slopes.

Has the worst restaurant in the hotel. We had arranged a end of holiday meal - 2 of us ordered the pierrade which is beef to cook on a hot stone. The hot stone was brought out as a cold stone with our starters but only after everyone was served their main courses we pointed out that the hot stone wasn't hot yet. We were told that it needed to be plugged in and once it was turned on it would take at least 15 mins to heat up by which time the rest of our party had finished their main courses. When we complained we were directed to the manager who was not apologetic at all - insinuated that it was our fault for ordering that dish that we could not eat with our friends. He then took our meal away only offering another meal at our expense which would have arrived at least half an hour after everyone else finished.
