Can't quite understand how they got 4 stars.
2. Inside of the hotel
Room has bathtub and cooking place. and thats the only good side they have. kitchenwares are dirty, light switches scattered all around the room, air conditioner is center controlled (and usually turned off), bed is foldable couch bed. English of staffs are not good.

Great and friendly staff. Good facilities in the apartment rooms and always clean. Not too far away from the centre of Nantes and close to the station too.

1. Around the hotel
Its about 10 minutes walk from Nantes station south exit. Its easy to find the road to hotel. Hotel is located right beside of football field. I dont know how frequent they use that field, but while I visited, they never used it. You need to walk about 10 minutes to get to nearest tram station.
