El hotel es más viejo que las fotos que se ven en la página, que son de las habitaciones nuevas. Todo parece limpio. Aún así es acogedor y presta un servicio acorde al precio. El desayuno se paga aparte y cuesta 9 euros pero es muy completo. Lo recomiendo.

Horrible. Beginning with the reception, in which most people speak only French. Following with the studio room, which is small, poorly equipped
and lacking some items described in the site (no telephone, no place
to keep clothes, which need to be hanged in a small closet together
with the trash and cleaning utensils. Likely to be the worst place ever.

The hotel is clean and people is nice but rooms are older than ones in the pics. They don't clean your room everyday if you don't all for the service and pay the fee. Very near the city Centre

Entirely OK. Good location next to the tram, and friendly staff. Breakfast was fine, a entirely French buffet ensemble. The room was old but functional. Needs a bit of renovation and updating.

The rooms was functional and clean. The bed comfortable. The shower was hot and had good pressure but could have been in better shape. The hotel used some pretty strong scent in their cleaning supplies, for people with problems with smells it would have been an issue. The rooms have a fridge, a microwave, and even two hot plates and a frying pan for cooking. There was enough room to place a baby bed if needed. The location is really convenient. Very close to the tram, 12 minutes walk from the main train station and there are many shops, tourist destinations and even a small supermarket close by. Finally, the personnel at the hotel was very friendly.

Value for money. Don't expect more. Good location. Park on the street over night for free and not in the garage next door.

Location was great, right in the center. Also parking was available (not free) on the street near the hotel. The service was great and so was the room. There was a kitchenette in the room with some household appliances.
