One of my favorite restaurants in the region for more than 25 years. Tip: try the 'soupe de poissons' and the 'steak tartare'.

If i could only go for one more meal on the french riviera it would be to le boucanier. it's a gem. not terribly famous or fancy and i don't think i've read about it in any guidebooks but it's great and easy to fall in love with. they always exceed my expectations and every visit is memorable.

Really great vibe, with surprising high quality resonably priced food right at the foot of the castle on the beach. Excellent service from the kind and friendly staff, again a big surprise as in general french staff are horrible in these touristy towns. Genuinely an all round great expierience please keep up the good work buccanneer people as it is so hard to
find welcoming places in france these days.

The Tartar is very good also the home made foie gras is delicious. The moules marinière are awsome. Good service, very nice location and clean. I'll come back.
