Ayant accepté le devis pour un aménagement de cabine douche et versé un acompte de 500€, mes parents (88 ans) se retrouvèrent durant 3 mois avec des travaux en pointillé, d'abord l'évacuation de l'ancien matériel, puis le raccordement du pluvial réalisé à la va-vite, carrelage non posé, cabine non fixée...Plusieurs appels n'ont rien fait avancer...A éviter.
