The dinner was good. Excellent tartiflette and was marred only by the house red wine which tasted as if it was from a bottle that bad been open a couple of days.
Breakfast (extra cost) was typical French, so 1 glass of orange, 1 croissant, 2 pre cut slices of baguette and coffee.
The room was old and tired but clean. The bed was very comfy.
As is so often with French hotels the bathroom was a let down. If I had a pound for every time I'd stayed in French hotel where the shower hose leaked and you had to hold it up yourself whilst showering well, if probably be rich enough to stay in more upmarket hotel!

Ottima cucina locale ottima gentilezza e collaborazione mi hanno spedito le mappe dei tracciati per bici alcune camere nuove altre vecchiotte ma sempre pulite

I arrived at the hotel after a long drive, and being five months pregnant, needed to head straight to the restroom before inquiring about two rooms for the night. The manager literally threw me out, saying that he had 26 years of industry experience and he knew "people like me". Never in my 15 years of travel writing and reviewing hotels as a journalist have I ever encountered such appalling service.

I only ate in the hotel restaurant this time, but if the rest of the hotel is up to the standard of the restaurant, it must be good, as the food was excellent and cooked to perfection.

Manque un petit quelque chose pour avoir la 4*
