Ne surtout pas passer par ce constructeur, j'ai acheté une maison mitoyenne ou je n'étais pas le propriétaire initial. Des canalisations ne sont pas raccordées ce qui a engendré un dégât des eaux, le ballon eau chaude n'a jamais fonctionné, des finitions qui laissent à désirer.
Et quand vous voulez les contacter, il faut passer par l'assurance dommages-ouvrages ce qui est très commercial.
Et pour finir, un vide sanitaire commun avec l'autre maison ce qui n'est pas légal. (soit un vide sanitaire pour chaque maison soit pas de vide sanitaire)
