Loved the car and the desk was efficient. But we were about an hour over a 24-hour period on return. I pulled up to the sign that said return, then had a worker get made it me in a car since she couldn't get past. I got out of the way, then had to go get the attendant's attention, who was busy texting on her cell phone. The attendant said nothing about the return being a bit late signed us out. But then two days later I get a charge of $75 - a full day on my card - not reverting to an hourly rate. So what was a 5-star is now 3-star since that's not something I've ever experienced with a car rental company before. I won't use again unless this is reduced.

Excellent service, comme d'habitude. Et ce autant à la prise du véhicule qu'au retour de celui-ci.
Note : comme le type de véhicule que j'avais réservé n'était pas disponible, on m'a offert un surclassement gratuit, sans même que je demande. Très satisfaisant comme traitement de problème!

К самой компании пока нет притезий. Но оказалось очень трудно найти место где сдать автомобиль. Особенно с помощью навигатора! Очень много уровней, развязок, туннелей, знаков, шлагбаумов и машин. Навигатор просто сходит с ума. Ты видишь SIXT на уровень ниже, но как попасть туда? Спрыгнуть? В результате 20 минут потерянного времени и нервов. Если бы при подъезде на знаках была хоть какая-то навигация...

My experience at the front desk was satisfactory but the return was anything but. I returned the car less than 2 hours after my 3-day rental but was charged an additional day rather than an hourly rate. When I returned home I received an email accusing me of scratching a wheel and that compensation was due, 176€. I vehemently denied damaging the car and pointed out that it would not have been possible to cause the damage the way I used the car. Furthermore the lot attendant inspected the car and said it was OK, a comment heard by two colleagues as well. Obviously I am not recommending this rental car company.
