Tombé en panne mon assurance Ma louer une voiture chez eux la voiture rendu à l'heure .correctement .avec un plein .toutefois je me retrouve avec un retrait sur mon compte via ma carte bancaire d'un montant de 88 € sans aucune explication. vraiment cette société c'est que des voleurs.

We hired a car for a week. Returned it 7am 17 August.
1. Deposited keys in box as invited to do. The business was closed so only way to leave keys but was charged 15 Euros for the privilege. This is effectively theft.
2. A further charge of around 95Euros was made on my credit card. The car was not returned full of diesel (no filling station open on way to airport), so a small charge for filling the vehicle might be reasonable, but around 95Euros? This is also effectively theft.
To be clear, there was no damage to the vehicle.

The vehicle was hired through Ryanair, from Thrifty, but I was given keys to a Hertz vehicle at the Hertz desk at the Somelac hf car hire agency at Limoge airport.
So who owns Somelac hf? Don't know, but based on my experience I would say AVOID THEM like the plague.
They can of course rely on the fact that ripped off customers are hundreds or thousands of miles away from Limoge by the tîme they realise that their credit card has been crowbarred and that the sum sums of money involved (a great little income stream to Somelac hf) are too small to go to law over.

Tombé en panne de voiture mis aout en vacances. Mon assurance loue une voiture, je me retrouve avec 188 € de frais débité alors que tout est sensé être pris en charge par l'assurance...
J'aimerais bien comprendre !
