Hell no, don’t get fooled like I did. Thrifty at this location is manned by hertz, and if you look at their reviews you’ll see how weak they are. My personal experience on a freaking Tuesday in October (not peak time) is as follows. Literally a 2 hour wait from when I arrived to when I drove away. Not an exaggeration. I had a 3 year old with me, it was a nightmare. I couldn’t even just say ‘forget it, I’ll go to any other car rental company in the airport, they don’t have more than a couple people in line!” because they had no cars available for walk ups. I had prepaid so I couldn’t just cancel, so I was trapped in what was a prison of a lineup. 3 people managing the queue for a bit then bam down to 2 cause one of their shifts was over. 2 hours. Longer than my flight. Never again. Lesson learned and please heed my warning.
