I would really recommend Ventoux bikes. I wanted to pick my day to ascend Mont Ventoux so e mailed in advance. The staff were most helpful and the bike I hired rode like a dream. The weather was perfect too. What a day.

Worst experience of my life renting a bike from this place. My family and I rented 5 bikes and 3 of them had major shifting issues. My bike had obviously been crashed before and when I was riding up Mount Ventoux the derailleur hanger broke and I got stranded. I spoke to the owner and he wasn't apologetic at all and was terrible to work with through the whole process of getting a new bike.

I am now a "cinglé du Ventoux" member thanks to that shop which is situated right on the start of the first ascent in Malaucene. The staff is well trained and helpful. The sales person proposed me to reduce the rental fees if ever bad weather conditions will force me to end the journey at noon. Bike was clean and prepared in good conditions and as expected. For my next rides in the region, i will not bring my bike anymore :)

Really helpful friendly team. High end selection of tour quality kit. Mechanic did a quick turn around Bottom bracket re fit and gave great advice. They are mavic wheel specialists.

I rent a race bike to ride up the Mont Ventoux at Ventoux bikes. It was Very easy, cheap, the people were very nice and helpful, the bike was great... And I made it :)

Excellent shop, superb staff, their English was superior to our French so very accommodating, bikes were in excellent condition and performed flawlessly over the 3 days. We rent high end bikes regularly abroad and these guys are up there with the best and we will use them again.

I had previously tried to rent 2 bikes from Bedoin location but the service was so poor that I left and found this place instead. The guy that served us was pretty helpful and polite - certainly a hundred times better than Bedoin location. The bikes were very good (Trek Emonda carbon 105) and cost the same as Bed Loc, but probably better spec if anything. When I come back, I'll be hiring bikes from this place, and certainly not Bed Loc

Great shop, ideal location and lots of cycling stuff that might not please your banker ... stocking up Pinarello and the likes (used and new bikes). Staff was knowledgeable and friendly!
