Premier projet de véranda réalisé en 2014 qui c'était bien passé, puis finalement un second projet initié mi-2015, mais qui a été mal exécuté ou mal planifié... avec infiltration d'eau en cas de forte pluie et un non-respect de l’étanchéité air + phonique du à une mauvaise pose.
Baladé par la direction et les commerciaux depuis septembre 2015, pour finaliser les derniers éléments manquants et le remplacement de mauvais équipements...
