Easy check in with no issues. Ran the half marathon and received a breakfast box at 6am which was great. Room was lovely and bigger than expected. Free car park was great. Got sweets for not having our room cleaned/tidied through our stay. check out easy. Lovely stay, and will return if I find another great deal.

We loved the Magic Circus and will definitely return. Our only negative was one evening there was limited food options and we were unable to sit in our favoured raised central area... all due to a staff shortage. Everything else was fabulous. Our girls loved their sectioned off area in the room. We enjoyed the pool area. The theme throughout is fun colourful and engaging. The restaurant had a super atmosphere and ambience with a good selection of foods. The location is perfect.

Very convenient room for family with children, excellent breakfast. We enjoyed from walking in the surrounding area. The only disappointment was the room service. I ordered pizza, it took 20 minutes to accept the order and then I was told that it will take another 45 minutes to prepare it. I eventually cancelled the order since since waiting time of more than hour is not acceptable for me.

My family really did enjoy our stay at the Hotel. The rooms were clean and tidy. The furniture looks nice although dated. The buffet was nice both Breakfast and dinner. The pool is a great attraction to keep the kids busy and at late or early hours, adults can have a quiet swim. There are various game machines, but you should be armed with €2 coins as that's the only currency denomination they take per ride or game. The staff at the reception were fantastic and always willing to help. There is always someone that speaks English which is a bonus if you don't speak French. There is a shuttle bus the runs between the hotel and Disneyland. It's a 10min ride, and runs from 8am to 1am the next day. Very handy. There is a local shopping centre nearby (10min) where you can find a Pharmacy and a supermarket. The hotels proximity to Val de Europe the nearest town is also great. You will find all the big branded shops if you would rather go shopping Than walk around in Disney try to find a short queue! All in all , we enjoyed our stay and I would overall give it 5/5. The hotel was clean. The shuttle service to the Park effortless. The room had all amenities and my daughter loved the circus bunk bed. The ball pit was a plus and gave us a chance for a quiet drink.
The only negative was an annoying noise in the pipes in our room (1312) but we didn't want to bother reception to complain because they we always so busy and often there were queues of people waiting to be served.
The staff were all very helpful and cheerful. In particular a gentleman at the bar in the evening who was more than accommodating providing bedtime milk for my daughter.
Would definitely stay again.

The hotel itself was wonderful, all guests including myself thought it was magical.
The check in process was smooth and the member of staff at check in desk was welcoming and friendly.
However on the 1st night of our stay we found the wait to be served in the bar/restaurant unacceptable and the staff were less than helpful (had to approach staff to be seated to order and for the bill.)
On the final day of our check out our little boy was not well and when my partner asked if we could buy 'a slice of toast' as that was all he would eat were told we would have to purchase a whole whole breakfast meal plan to do so. Have never stayed in a 4* hotel before and received that level of poor service.
Apart from the above found the stay comfortable and enjoyable and cleanliness of room great. Also free shuttle service was fantastic.

This hotel is well presented , a good atmosphere and it feels special when you walk in. The room we had was a little cramped for three adults and we had no where to sit , there was one chair and one stool. You had to lie or sit on the bed.
The electricity for the lights and plugs in the room is operated by inserting a credit card type plastic object in to a slot. Leaving it in the slot means the lights will switch on and off as required , it also powers a small fridge. If you want the fridge to build up it's coldness , the card must be left in the slot constantly. We had need of the fridge to keep medication at the correct temperature but room service removed the card and the fridge stopped working , this was a major concern.
Dinning in the bar is a pleasant experience , when the bar is not busy. If however there is a football match being televised and the bar is full of people just drinking and watching football , getting served can take A LONG TIME and you could end up being ignored for quite some time.
Wellness suit was closed during our visit , pool area was clean but changing area was a bit tatty.
On the other hand , shuttle service to and from the Disney parks , for a family with a disabled member , was excellent and staff at reception where always cheerful and willing to help.
Outside areas of the hotel are a nice place to walk when the weather is good , not so good when having to push a wheel chair though. There are lots of places to sit and drink outside but staff seem very slow in cleaning up after those who eat and drink outside. The grass and verges could do with being looked after better or the outside areas begin to look untidy.
To sum up , the hotel is pleasant , well presented , staff on the whole helpful. There are however little things that can happen , that are very avoidable , that can leave a longer impression than all the good stuff. I would book in again but only after checking if there where other places available first.

Thank you we enjoyed our stay.
Petra at the restaurant was tremendously helpful.
There was also a waitress at the restaurant on Friday night with long red hair who was remarkably supportive, friendly and helpful for our little girl with a gluten allergy. Thank you for their help.
The pool was great fun since it was so warm!

Our family room was rather outdated and battered. Walls are dirty, wallpaper is heavily peeling at one spot with mould underneath it (yes in a family room), wardrobe's door is stuck as hinges are loose, little stools are dirty and worn out. Only two positives are that it was not very expensive (although it was not particularly cheap either) and reception staff was very friendly.

This has all the makings of a good idea but unfortunately the follow through was not there. Very little as in nothing for kids, this is after all meant to be for them is it not? The rooms were very small and the heating much too high even with the windows open. I will say the reception staff were very nice along with the bar staff, at least the black ones I found to be very nice and had good time for children and always had a smile on their face.
