Do not buy from this company of you are in the UK.
Ordered 2 lights with 2 specific bulbs that they require.
Nothing shipped for 2 weeks until i called and was then told they would ship that day (obviously becasue i'd phoned and they's forgotten my order).
They sent it in 2 deliveries and in one huge box was a single light bulb. Not the 2 i'd ordered.
when i called to ask for the remaining bulb to be sent it was explained to me that they couldnt send one bulb 'because it was dangerous and the bulb would break'. They offered to refund which didn't help as the bulbs need to match and can't be bought easily here.
nothing more frustrating than trying to reason with a french lady who'e excuse isn't making any logical sense. When i asked to speak to the supervisor Sabine she was out. The next day i call - she's out - excellent supervising.
Any legitimate company should rectify their own mistake by immediately posting the products that they forgot.
Very unprofessional. Very disappointing.

J'ai mis 6 mois à me décider ... et pourtant à chacune de mes visites,l'accueil a été chaleureux.
Quand finalement j'ai passé commande de mon fabuleux canapé, le délais de livraison a été respecté, la livraison a été parfaite avec des livreurs pro et sympa et à l'heure.
Certes c'est juste le contrat mais tant d'autres l'oublient.
Et mon canapé est canon ! je l'adore !
