Friendly staff and good mechanics, shame the owner is a complete arsehole. Should be avoided on principle if at all possible. Experienced the cretinous owner on numerous occasions - most recently when trying to buy a wheel. Rang up and was rudely interupted mid flow by him telling me that it was lunchtime, not his department, and I was in "France, don't you know?". Someone should open a compteting shop, perhaps across the road with free bagels. If you want real help, or just a great day out for all the family, I can't recommend Cicli Benato enough. Saved our Tour du Mont Blanc after a 6 hour stint in his shop, including ringing all of his contacts and staying up till 9pm modifying one of our bikes to accomodate the new wheels we needed. Enjoyed every second of his company, in stark contrast to my time spent with monsieur Zero-G.

Please be cautious when buying items online from this store. I purchased an item two weeks ago, they replied back informing me that it was out of stock (it was available online at the time) and told me that I would receive my refund within 24 hours. I am still waiting for this despite me contacting them numerous times….

Ordered a ski jacket and pants that I could not find in America in the desired color and size. Without having to pay VAT, despite the expensive international shipping, the price was actually lower than if I had purchased it locally (even without sales tax). My order arrived much quicker than I anticipated, I ordered on Friday and received it Thursday.

I purchased some Fitwell splitboard mountaineering boots from Zero G, and they are great boots but unfortunately I wasn't sure of my correct Euro sizing and the boots were too tight. At first I was bummed to learn that the free return policy only applies to customers in France, but after I explained how I missed this info, the team at Zero G was kind enough to hook me up with some product credit to compensate for the return shipping cost and even took the time to take my advice on making the policy more clear on their site. Solid customer service to go with their great pricing on high quality gear.

I have ordered 2 times online in this shop: bindings and then a snowboard. Everything was perfect. Good prices and service. Highly recommended.
