Superb zoo. We had a cracking day here. Went mid week so it was nice and quiet. Loads for the little ones to do. Great play park and bouncy castles for the kids. Animal wise it's excellent. Lions, tigers, zebra and giraffes. Our little one loved it. Price wise it ain't the cheapest day out but it's worth it. Cafe was good although a touch pricy but the food was good with nice friendly staff. If you're in the area it's well worth a visit.

Really liked this zoo. It has really developed in recent years. Lovely surroundings with well kept animals. The restaurant is good also. Not sophisticated but great for a family.
Friendly staff.

Lion and snow leopard enclosures seem a little small / exposed but in general you feel the animals are well looked after.

A lovely zoo with the opportunity to walk in the enclosures with the animals. Lots of variety and all the animals looked happy and well looked after with lots of space to move around naturally.

Very nice zoo. But no elephants or hippopotamus.

Great little zoo. We went in the off season and it was very quiet, which was good for us. There's some ongoing work expanding the park going on until 2019, but still plenty to see. Some of the big cat enclosures seem a little small, but I'm no expert. A great day out.

Lovely place to visit when the weather is not perfect. Great petting zoo.

Pretty average zoo, only one or two things that stand out.

Restaurant not great, worth bringing a picnic if you don't mind the attention from the animals as you go round!

Great zoo. Lots of space. Lots of things for the kids to do. Play areas, cafés etc. Lovely day out.

Kids loved having the soft plays dotted around to give them a chance to let off steam and act like monkeys as we went round.
