I purchased 125.00 $ worth of items, in late August 2016. I asked to have them shipped to my home in the US. They said it would be about two weeks and then they would ship. It is now 7 weeks and I have not heard from them even though I left my phone number, my email address and my snail mail address I am very disappointed because I trusted them.

I really like this store. Staff are friendly and helpful, when asked, though service can be a little bit slow (and why I gave four stars, rather than 5). It's an amazing shop to buy white porcelain tableware, salt and pepper mills and a comprehensive range of catering supplies.

Visitors: don't shop there. They lied to me about the détaxe system, assuring me that all I needed was the receipts and my passport. Once at the airport the custom agent explained that the store had to give me a special form to claim the sales tax back. So I got made, that will teach me, but don't fall for it yourself!
