Our group of 4 (2 couples) have stayed in a studio apartment for 2 nights in January. The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located between the old town and the train station (both at the walking distance). The apartment was well equipped, clean and modern. Moreover we had a balcony with a great view. It was a very pleasant stay and I would totally recommend this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel twice. Excellent location, clean, comfortable room, there is everything necessary you need. Good wi fi. Very friendly and attentive staff. Next time I will stay only in this hotel!

A centrally located apartment with great facilities for self catering or access to local restaurants and bars. The staff are very friendly and able to advise on trips and local transport.

Ajoupa was a great place to stay for our short visit to Nice 9-14 January 2017. Reception were great to deal with from booking until check out. On arrival we were upgraded to a junior suite which was great and we appreciated the extra space and comfortable sofa. The apartment was perfect for our needs. Its position, so close to the city shops, the old town, and the promenade allowed us to walk to most places, and it was also close to tram and bus stops. Thanks Ajoupa for a perfect place to stay.

The staff were so friendly and helpful! After hearing about a bad experience, Ajoupa staff upgraded our room free if charge to ensure we enjoyed our experience in Nice. They have us a nice layout of the town and the hotel was great. I plan to bring my family back here as it had everything necessary for a longer stay. It was great!!

Really spacious suites, right on the main pedestrian street of Nice. The location is great - very easy to walk or tram everywhere we've wanted to go in the city. Only downside is that the hardwood floors are very noisy, so if anyone walks around, you can hear the footsteps throughout the apartment.

Very good experience when I stayed in the apartment, everything is perfect but wifi speed is extremely slow.
I have to emphasize all staffs are so lovely and helpful, pls just follow up their advices when you travel around Nice, They will give you the tips which is very useful!
Location location location, it's perfect!
If I come back to nice, I will stay here again.

Had some problems finding the hotel because of parking situation but after talking to your staff everything was resolved.
Our studio was to our satisfaction with a kitchen since we like to have breakfast in the room.
Location is very good if you like to walk and explore the city.
