The wifi at this hotel is extremely poor. While the rooms included facilities such as a kitchenette, the fridges in many rooms smelled awful. Be aware that this hotel also includes permanent residents.

Perfectly adequate flats with terrible WiFi. We have a group of 40 students and about 10 were able to connect.

Réceptionniste peu courtoise et hautaine avec des règles "de loi" vues nul part ailleurs. Rapport qualité/prix insatisfaisant, le prix est très élevé par rapport aux services de chambre : hygiène, rangement (lave vaisselle non vidé), mobilier : le canapé correspond à une banquette et une planche de bois en guise de dossier, moisissures sur le plafond, brûlures un peu partout.
Une résidence touristique de 3 étoiles bien décevante qui vous propose un petit déjeuner à 8,5€ pour vous servir du pain de mie Harris
Extrêmement déçu, je déconseille fortement

The so called manager / receptionist at the reception is discourteous and very unhelpful with his haughty attitude towards guests. Had gone thrice to meet him to fix the issues related to power supply and drainage in kitchen, only to find him very condescending and unmindful of the issues. His only reply early in the morning that day was that "he would fix the issues when he gets time tomorrow", when whole 9 working hours were remaining on that day. The same continued on three different occasions with his imperious talks. Seriously request management to look into these hospitality issues , since it would not only adversely impact the brand image of the hotel but will also propagate negative word of mouth. Have seen previous reviews and most of them have pointed out the same concern relating to the receptionist cum manager. Its high time the management swings into action and also resolves the very poor wifi internet connection at the hotel to ensure its guests an hassle free stay at the hotel.

The hotel itself is okay. However the kitchens were not properly cleaned and especially the provided dishtowel was dirty.

The hotel staff was very helpful and I loved the fully-stocked kitchenette (including mini dishwasher). The room was quite comfortable and had a large closet that was great for hiding our luggage and additional groceries. Free parking on site, access code for after hours, and a tram stop less than 5 minutes (walking) away (10-15 ride to downtown). A great location out of the city center, close to the rocade, a mall with a large carrefour market, and the memorial de caen. This hotel was a fabulous base for our explorations of the D-day beaches and the cider route.

The beds are really comfortable but decor is out of date, staff are friendly and helpful.
