Toujours plein de monde, prix élevés fidèle à la marque, mais possibilité de tester les produits, d'assister à des démonstrations, de voir un technicien pour une assistance, de demander conseil... Pas toujours facile d'avoir accès à un vendeur, mais quand on en a attrapé un, il sait renseigner efficacement.
Grand espace agréable.

Just wanted to buy a charging cable for my Ipad. Impossible as available staff can't handle that sale.... I just went to Leclerq media shop. Cheaper but more important: served by any staff member!

Impossible de pouvoir déposer un appareil hors garantie, sans devoir prendre rendez-vous ou attendre sur place plusieurs heures qu'un technicien puisse poser un premier diagnostique. Il faudrait prévoir un comptoir pour les personnes qui ne peuvent, ni ne souhaitent attendre/revenir, puissent déposer leurs appareils en pannes. A part cela les vendeurs tournent en rond avec un Ipad à la main. Service pas à la hauteur de la valeur des produits. Heureusement que tous les SAV ne fonctionnent pas à la mode Apple.

Thanks for the people who helped me today, especially for Scott, the genius solved my problem :)

Très bien accueilli. Je recommande. Lieux sympa, vendeur et technicien efficace. Une bonne expérience, la façon dont on est pris en charge est très agréable.

The staffs are all amazing, very helpful, attentive and knowledgable. Special mention to Hubert, Julian, Helena and one staff who translated and helped Julian about my tempered phone screen protector. I have a data problem with my phone that I purchased in Florida, USA since December 2015 and lately my phone shuts down with a 30% of battery. Because there was no Apple Store in Philippines and the authorized dealer Switch and Power Mac was not very helpful I have to wait till I get to France. Apple Store in Atlantis, Nantes change my unit with no hassle. I wish Philippines could be a hassles free too.

When I entered the store, I asked for an English speaker, who lead me to the Genius bar. I was informed that I have to put my name on the wait list, which I did, and wait until someone misses his/her appointment. I thought I would have to wait for the long time, but within 10 minutes, Scott came over. He also is a great English speaker and took my phone 'up stairs' while I was waiting at my seat. After 15- 20 minutes, Scott confirmed that my phone is dead and he will give me a new one - not refurb! with no extra charge. He told me my warranty worn out 3 days ago but it is okay and he immediately brought a box. He made me delete the data from the old phone and opened the box of of new one and handed me over. Voila!

Que ce soit pour mon iPhone ou pour mon macbook, le service à toujours été impeccable. Toujours reçue à l'heure, les vendeurs/conseillers toujours très gentils et charismatique. On voit que il y a une bonne cohésion dans l'équipe. Mon Macbook Retina avait un problème d'anti reflet, mon ordinateur est partit en réparation... et est revenu à peine 6 jours après!
Une réparation rapide, parfaitement faite, comme mon téléphone en à peine 40 minutes, toujours à l'écoute de vos questions et besoins.
Franchement continuez ainsi, je n'ai jamais été aussi satisfaite d'un service client!

Venus pour acheter deux iPhone. La première vendeuse était très gentille et très disponible. Nous sommes ensuite passés sur une table avec un technicien pour nous aider à faire les premières démarches. Accueil beaucoup moins chaleureux et remarques pas toujours agréables lorsque l’on demande une information qui semble couler de source... apparemment. Globalement bien.

It was so easy and fast. It almost felt so peaceful. I know that I had to go through so much problems with the mobile service carrier to get my phone fixed in Korea, and would have had to explain for the oversea purchased phone in US. It sure was lucky for me to visit this store at Atlantis.

It was the Best apple store experience in my whole life.
This is my very first week at Nantes, and my iphone5 stopped working for no reason.
Normally it won't be a big deal but here comes major problems:
1. I do not speak French
2. I did not make previous reservation (rendes-vous, which is sooooo important to get any service in France)
3. I bought this phone in Korea
4. My iphone has just passed its 1-year warranty.
These are not the small problems but these Geniuses made these problem non-existed.
