I had joined the floral tour with my friends on April 2. We had stayed one night at 5 stars Hilton Hotel in Rotterdam. We are very satisfied with the arrangement of this tour.
There are many kinds of flower at Keukenhof, and it’s the best time to visit this garden. Also we visited some famous scenic spots in Bruges for 3 hours. Our guide is very enthusiastic and humorous. I plan to join another tour next year with this agency.

With my wife visiting Paris, we joined Ariane Tours and just come back on Eastern Europe 8 days tour (Apr 19-26). We were entirely satisfied with the quality of hotels, coach and driver. The tour leader was professional, kinds and gives us good explanations during visits. I highly recommend this organisation.

TERRIBLE TOUR GUIDE
I had a terrible experience with this tour. The tour was dated on 02/08/2015 - 09/08/2015 to Eastern Europe, led by a Chinese tour guide. The tour guide was very very rude to me, a female customer. He never said 'please' and 'thanks' and never smiled. He is over 60 years old and poorly educated. He even shouted at me and told me off! The reason was that his communication in English was so poor, he gave me wrong information and then he blamed me for the problem. I have emailed the whole story to the company.
Can you imagine? I have never had this experience with any tours before! A tour guide swearing and shouting at a female customer. Also, he told bad things about me with other passengers in Chinese, and unfortunately, somehow i knew it.
He spoke only Chinese and French. Although the tour departed in France, you should not expect everyone to understand French. In fact we are from different countries but for some reasons we joined this tour in France. English is still the international language and the tour guide should be able to speak fair English.
This is the first and the last time i'm with this tour. I have emailed the company to complain about this, with his name and photos.
The tour guide has lack of knowledge of the places we were travelling to. He could not talk much about the places. At the end we had to google to know about the history of the places. In this case, he did not really perform his job as a 'tour guide'.
In addition, the schedules were not detailed. When I asked the tour guide for more details, he asked me (in a very rude manner) 'why you want to know?' well, i am customer and do I have the right to ask this question?
For interesting places, he gave us very limited time to see, and in contrast, he gave us 2 hours for boring places (like the garden behind Bratislava castle, there were absolutely nothing, and we had to sit there for 2 hours!)
Also, having seen the response from the company to the reviewer below, I find the response quite rude. We are writing these feedbacks to help you improve your service. Anyway, we are surely not gonna use your service again but still hope you all the best so you should not have been that defensive. We are your customers and is listening to customer's feedbacks a bad thing? If you don't listen to your customers, how can you improve? Tourism is a customer focused industry. One should not take this job if he doesn't like the customers. I have emailed the whole story in details to the company mailbox. I don't see why you should keep this tour guide as an employee. Better trainings going forward are highly recommended.

I will not recommend this travel agency to anyone.

Totally disappointed experience:
(1) Unprofessional, unaccountable and inconsiderate tour guide
(2) Terrible breakfast almost everyday
(3) Crappy hotel everyday
(4) Rush schedule: We have tourists traveled a long way from Hong Kong, China... The tour guide only scheduled less than 2 hours for us to visit the major attraction sites in Rome, Venice, and Florence.
(5) Against the law:
- By law or according to the EU law, for any tours over 6 days, 2 drivers are required. A driver should rest after driving 6 consecutive days. We only have one drive for a 8 day tour.
- On 31 July 2015 at 10am, when we were supposed to return Paris from the town of D’avignon, the driver was stopped by the police due to “illegal” working hours. He was ordered to rest in the town of D’avignon for 3 days (to reduce stress).
- As we do not have a driver, we were arranged to take the train. The tour guide was “hiding” and not explaining the situation. He only showed up to distribute the train tickets.
- This travel agency is putting our lives (including the driver) at risk.
- No apology from the tour guide

A ÉVITER A TOUT PRIX ! J'ai effectué un voyage à Londres pour 3 jours et j'étais énormément déçu car j'ai effectué 2 voyages à Londres et j'ai beaucoup aimé mes 2 premiers voyages ! Franchement, si vous êtes très riches et que vous voulez jeter de l'argent par la fenêtre, c'est le site conseillé et sans être méchante, les personnes adorant les faits historiques et l'Angleterre, je vous déconseillé de payer
Vous allez payer 275euros pour :
- Un hôtel 4 étoiles à côté de la capitale
- 10h de trajet (voire un peu moins)
- Un guide ayant des fausses informations sur les faits historiques de Londres (mal poli)
Et je peux continuer...
