Worst customer service I have ever experienced. My boyfriend and I went there to enjoy the soccer game PSG/Barcelona. We did not know we were supposed to book a table because there was no sign or else so we sat and 5 min later, a waitress came and yelled at us, accusing us to steal a customer's seat. She was so rude that even her own coworker felt embarrassed.
We left and told her sarcastically that we hoped god will forgive us for this offense.
No apologizes but I hoped for the price and the quality this restaurant is selling, at least we would have a better hospitality experience.
If you are looking for a nice place to eat and drink, please go next door.

No body cares. Even if u sit near the bar and stare at them for half an hour, the staff rather stand and chat than take ur order. Never had such blatant ignorance and poor experience anywhere. Even though the place is huge and well arranged, will never come here again or recommend this place due to the attitude of the staff

Horrible customer service. Come here only if you are ready to wait for half an hour when somebody comes to you to take an order and then to remind several times that your order has not been served fully. At the end we asked for a bill and the waitress said okay and forgot about it. After 10 mins we asked another waiter for the bill and he replied that apparently we are supposed to pay directly at the counter. When we asked why the service is so bad the answer was "because the restaurant is full"....there were barely 5 tables about of 20 filled with people when we arrived.
P.S. nachos are free but nobody gonna serve it to you until you take them yourself from the bar.

Food is okay. Meat doneness is respected. Price is above the average for the quality. Desserts are disappointing.
