The choice may be wide, but the service is rather poor. My boots were molded badly and the staff was too busy to pay any attention to the process or me at all. Professional advice is rare, so is the knowledge of the market and equipment.
Online shop is among the worst in terms of the design and ergonomics, the emails never get answered, payment is scary and seems insecure, some cards are rejected with no reason, waiting is long.

It is a biiig shop, with a lot of things to chose from. They also offer a big collection of maps and tourist guides, for places around the world. Also, they have a lot of climbing equipment.

La référence dans le domaine de la montagne et des activités de pleine nature. Très grand choix, articles de qualité, prix maitrisés. Les vendeurs sont disponibles et de bon conseil.

An Aladdin's cave of outdoor gear. Could spend hours browsing. Helpful and knowledgeable staff too.
