This is a nice store with about all you could want in outdoor gear. Friendly staff. But be forewarned- they do NOT refund money on returns (even brand new never opened items)! Only store credit. This was bad news for me as I was not from the area and had to return something. Otherwise, a good shop.

We went there for climbing equipment and we really loved our experience. We were served by Ben, who was EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE (a climber himself), very helpful, patient, and nice. The store has a huge selection of everything you might need for climbing, and from what we saw, for a variety of other sports too. Impressive!

When you need some mountain gear, any outdoor equipment or advise, that's the place to go ! Always had good experiences there, great advice from the staff, they know what they're talking about.
