last week, during the St Tropez regatta my wife and I went to Auberge Des Maures for our 3rd visit in as many years, my 40euro fillet steak had been thawed from frozen before cooking, and served with chopped corgettes, aubergine and pepper slice, plus an inedible circle of mixture which was like a hard souffle with no flavour, my wife despite agreeing that our food was naff would not let me complaign to the charming waiters, I intended to do nothing, but last night on my flight from Nice meet a friend who also ate there last week and was exceedingly disapointed, hense I thought time to comment.

Une expérience especiale et je vais bien retourner.
Tous les plats étaient délicieuses et la présentation très belle
Le service était superbe et on m'a fait sentir totalement spéciale donc c'était la première fois que je visitais. Le restaurant est aussi très beau et le toit et composé des branches et des vignes

Totally overpriced, overrated, overdone. Poor quality. Staff not really interested at all. Food the way we used to eat in de 70s . Outdated. Just because it is in Saint Tropez doesn’t mean that it has style. This was a once and never again experience.
One good point: the liquor at the end is great.

The service was worst ever, and there was more oil than fish in my food. Go anywhere else!

Accidental but amazing discovery, delicious beautifully presented food, service that goes well beyond the call of duty to make you feel special.

Fresh food. Selection of locally caught fish brought to the table. Nice service. Great wine menu too. Highly recommended.

The food was good but nothing to write home about, service felt overdone, artificial. There's no A/C but an annoying misty fan on a timer. The wine list is too pretentious and pricy for the setting and menu.
Overpriced, too.
There's a nice ambiance however, with live singer.

It's also a beautiful restaurant, The roof is actually made of three branches and ivy.
